All our instructors are welcoming, friendly and are here to help, not to shout and intimidate you. Each class involves core, lower & upper body strengthening exercises with the main focus on your form and technique. We use classic floor work and circuit HIIT ( high intensity interval training) to target strength building and muscular endurance which develops amazing results!
